Site Manager (Engineering, Nordic Region)

Job summary

This role involves leading and coordinating site installation activities for complex projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. The position requires a hands-on approach combined with planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation and commissioning activities on-site, managing resources and schedules to meet project milestones.
• Supervise installation work at customer locations and provide technical input through reviews of 3D models and documentation.
• Act as the daily on-site representative for the project, liaising with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in site processes and supplier quality practices.
• Adapt to new standards and technologies to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

Travel

• Mechanical engineering background or equivalent technical education, with knowledge of welding stainless steel.
• Experience in site management or installation within the food, dairy, or related process industries.
• Strong understanding of hygienic and stainless-steel process systems, including piping and mechanical design principles.
• Ability to create work plans, schedules, and site documentation, and supervise work on-site as needed.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Expect more than 150 travel days a year across the Nordic region.
