Job summary

This role involves overseeing finance operations at the site level, acting as the local finance expert and partner to site leadership. The position requires ensuring smooth and transparent finance processes that support daily operations and informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance or finance-administrative role, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts payable, accruals, and cost reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and Office; experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to managing end-to-end processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable process, including sales order creation, invoicing, and follow-up on unbilled orders and overdue balances.
• Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including purchase order creation, invoice booking, and vendor payments.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and risk identification.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance as the site owner of finance data and controls.
• Collaborate with Controlling and Site Management to ensure accurate financial handling of contracts and rate cards.
• Serve as the finance interface for key stakeholders such as Operations, Customer Service, and Procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance and administrative processes at the site.
• Maintain proper documentation and process maintenance.

Education
