This position involves supporting the investment team focused on distressed debt and special situations. The role includes credit analysis of companies with significantly undervalued debt, providing exposure to financial modeling, valuation, and corporate financial restructurings.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant university or business school with strong academic performance.
  • Strong quantitative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Structured approach to work with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements.
  • Team-oriented with an ambitious and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Investment Analysts to develop financial models that inform investment decisions.
  • Conduct thorough company and market analyses for potential investment opportunities.
  • Undertake various ad-hoc tasks related to credit selection.
  • Estimated commitment of 15 hours per week with flexible working hours.
