The Head of Revenue Management will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies and enhancing commercial performance across a global passenger network. This position involves leading a team of revenue managers and ensuring optimal product pricing and sales timing.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in revenue management, yield management, or pricing
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of team development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a solid commercial intuition
  • Capability to take ownership and drive initiatives under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and empower a team of Revenue Managers
  • Define and communicate pricing and revenue management strategies
  • Support the creation of forecasting models, reports, and tools to enhance performance
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Technology & Innovation for new system development
  • Ensure best practices in price and performance management governance

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
