Job summary

The Site Engagement and Enrollment Manager for Europe will enhance partnerships with clinical trial sites to expedite innovative treatments for brain disorders. This role focuses on executing enrollment strategies and improving participant experiences across clinical programs in Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in clinical research, site engagement, or patient enrollment within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with clinical trial sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site engagement strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Patient Insights, Medical Affairs, and external partners to translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Monitor site performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Integrate patient perspectives into study design and execution to enhance accessibility and retention.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and identifying trends.
• Experience in international and cross-functional environments, particularly in Europe.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a relevant scientific field; advanced degree is a plus.

Tools

• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems and data analysis tools is beneficial.
