Site Contract Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves preparing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with study sites while ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines. The Site Contract Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external sites to facilitate efficient contract delivery and site activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms within approved parameters
• Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and client expectations
• Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks
• Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines
• Achieve target cycle times for site activations
