Service Project Leader

Job summary

The Service Project Leader is responsible for managing projects within the Equipment and Automation European Service organization, ensuring successful delivery to customers in Denmark and Germany. This role involves overseeing project execution from shipment to final handover, while fostering continuous improvement and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electric engineering, marine engineering, or electro/mechanic technology) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and project management within manufacturing industries.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to make complex decisions and solve challenging problems.
• Recognized project management qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for defined projects, including system installation and acceptance testing.
• Manage internal and external project communications and coordinate schedules.
• Identify and secure additional resources as needed for project success.
• Create and manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop processes and standard work for project management.
• Support service contract renewals and scheduling of service visits.
• Provide remote service support for PLC controlled systems.
• Mentor E&A team members in project management skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
