Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in HR technology, Workday, HRIS governance, digital transformation, or operating model design.
• Proven experience with Workday governance, platform ownership, release management, and HR technology operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and technology's role in enabling scalable operations.
• Experience collaborating across business, HR, and IT functions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and emerging HR technology trends.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the global Workday governance framework in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Establish clear ownership, standards, and decision-making processes for HR technology.
• Lead business release management and governance for Workday and related initiatives.
• Drive Jira governance and enhance delivery across the HR technology landscape.
• Build HR technology product ownership and capabilities within the HR function.
• Evaluate and implement AI capabilities in partnership with technology teams.
• Act as a strategic liaison between HR, technology, and business stakeholders.
