Senior Value Engineer

Job summary

As a Senior Value Engineer, you will lead AI and data-driven business transformation initiatives within the Pharmaceutical sector, guiding customers through their value journey using the Context Model. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure effective deployment of solutions that address strategic business challenges and deliver strong ROI.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales, managing complex workstreams and customer relationships.
• Strong background in enterprise IT and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle, with a focus on AI tools for automation and outputs.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and value realization.
• Experience in orchestrating transformation programs across multiple regions or business units, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, with an executive presence.
• Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains and current Pharmaceutical trends.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct value selling and realization by identifying organizational challenges and crafting compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to foster executive sponsorship and co-develop change management strategies.
• Oversee global transformation programs, implementing AI-driven account planning and project management.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance technical outputs and collaborate with engineering teams for solution development.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for platform adoption and provide insights to R&D based on customer feedback.
