Senior Tender Manager (Offshore Wind, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing the tender process for offshore wind projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and leading the preparation of tender submissions. The Senior Tender Manager will serve as the main contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring a smooth transition from bid to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a commercial discipline or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience with a focus on commercial and contractual matters.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring all steps in the Tender Process Manual are followed.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive tender packages, including pricing, risk analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain timelines and proactively address challenges to meet deadlines.
• Communicate significant changes in the tender process to stakeholders promptly.
• Collaborate with Contract Management and Legal teams during contract negotiations.
• Drive the approval process for tenders and contracts with executive management.
• Contribute to the development of new client relationships and market expansion.
