Job summary

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex projects in Play Engineering, guiding them from conception to manufacturing. This role involves collaboration across multiple functions to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management within consumer electronics, robotics, mechatronics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse project stakeholders to align goals and mitigate risks.
• Experience in scaling projects with a focus on manufacturing and testing processes.
• Strong leadership skills in managing multi-functional teams across engineering, quality, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop software and hardware solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with operations to establish manufacturing and testing processes for scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate decision-making and maintain communication among team members.
• Manage project risks and implement change control processes.

Skills

Education
