Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a Student Assistant to support the development and execution of global collection strategies within a dynamic Collaborations team. The role focuses on gaining practical experience at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial execution, contributing to the creation of consumer-centric collections.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in studies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in commercial analysis and consumer insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Genuine interest in jewellery and retail, along with knowledge of cultural trends.
  • Familiarity with large entertainment brands such as Disney and Netflix is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end delivery of collections, from brief to execution across various channels.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and track brand and campaign performance, providing insights for future initiatives.
  • Prepare structured project presentations and insights for strategic meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Support coordination and progress tracking across global cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain an overview of assortment frameworks and assist in collection strategy activities.
  • Help prepare and synthesize consumer research and insights.
  • Manage ongoing coordination and ad hoc tasks within the Collaborations team.
