Qualifications

  • Experience in game development, ideally within a game engine context.
  • Technical expertise in evaluating complex technology stacks, including game engines and cloud services.
  • Proven knowledge of UX flows and improving user engagement with software and UI.
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration without direct authority.
  • Strong skills in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows and usability across the engine and user touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other stakeholders to align on business goals and technical requirements.
  • Prioritize product features based on data and user feedback.
  • Facilitate customer feedback loops to enhance product value.
  • Conduct hands-on tests and demos to verify deliveries and showcase features.

Skills

  • Technical understanding of game engine architecture and developer experience.
  • Proficiency in high-performance programming languages such as C# or C++.
  • Strong storytelling and visual presentation skills for effective communication.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% during peak times.

Education

  • Relevant experience in game development or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with game engines, cloud services, and external APIs.
