Senior Technical Consultant (CRM, Remote)

Job summary

This role is a senior technical consulting position focused on delivering complex CRM implementations using the Creatio platform in a fully remote environment. The consultant will manage the technical aspects of projects, collaborating with client IT teams to create scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification.
• Over 4 years of experience in leading CRM implementation projects with complex system integrations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Creatio platform, including architecture and low-code development.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Strong communication skills in English, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring junior consultants.
• Ability to work with 5–6 hours of overlap with North American EST.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement tailored Creatio CRM solutions for clients.
• Lead the technical delivery of CRM projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Manage integrations between Creatio and enterprise systems to enhance user experience.

• Engage with the Creatio community through various knowledge-sharing activities.
