Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in quality engineering or system testing, particularly in hardware-software integration.
  • Extensive experience in testing interconnected systems and product ecosystems, emphasizing end-to-end functionality and interoperability.
  • Skilled in both manual and automated testing, including regression, performance, and integration testing, with the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and testing of networked devices.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring others and communicating complex ideas effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to understanding and improving system behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of detailed test plans for audio conferencing systems.
  • Create and implement customer-centric test scenarios that simulate complex conferencing environments, including multi-device interactions and audio validation.
  • Validate system performance across integrated hardware, software, and network components.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document product issues while collaborating with global teams.
  • Ensure testing efforts align with product launch schedules and software release timelines.
  • Mentor colleagues and foster a quality-driven testing culture.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Engage in hands-on lab work to set up configurations, integrate systems, and debug scenarios.
  • Support rapid, high-quality product releases in an agile development environment.
