Senior Strategy Manager (Logistics, Hedehusene)

Job summary

This role focuses on transforming strategic ambitions into actionable initiatives within a growing logistics division. The Senior Strategy Manager will oversee the portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions and managing cross-functional dependencies to achieve tangible results.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in strategy, finance, business administration, engineering, or economics
• Over 5 years of experience in portfolio and program management, preferably in large global companies or management consulting
• Familiarity with project and change management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Prosci
• Strong background in strategy formulation, performance management, and KPI tracking
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with executive management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous but not mandatory
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a governance framework for the strategic portfolio of initiatives
• Facilitate alignment among divisional leadership regarding strategic direction, deliverables, and timelines
• Monitor portfolio health and manage dependencies across functions, reporting to executive leadership
• Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of divisional strategy and support key internal projects
