Job summary

The Senior Strategy Manager will collaborate with Executive Leadership to define and implement strategic priorities that drive business growth. This role involves leading strategic projects, supporting business transformation initiatives, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from problem definition to implementation
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decision-making
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and key meetings
• Prepare presentation materials for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors
• Engage with stakeholders across functions, regions, and business units to drive alignment
