Job summary

The Senior Strategy Associate will be part of the Group Strategy team, focusing on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and market intelligence to drive growth opportunities. This role involves collaboration with senior leaders to set long-term strategic directions and execute key initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy/business development, or high-growth platform business
  • Ability to gain buy-in across all stakeholder levels
  • Confidence in presenting to senior executives
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Proven track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and online
  • Collaborative team player with motivational skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Corporate Strategy
  • Explore international expansion opportunities, including market mapping and business case development
  • Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop recommendations for new growth areas aligned with Corporate Strategy
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide OKR processes
  • Support M&A and Commercial Partnership processes, including due diligence

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High level of motivation and ownership in delivering quality work

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, strategy, or a related field preferred
