Job summary

The role involves leveraging data to enhance global assortment performance within Trade Merchandising. The Senior Specialist will manage forecasting inputs, lead merchandising tools, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Merchandising, Planning, Buying, E-commerce, or similar
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting inputs, including data and performance trends for assigned categories
• Prepare forecasts for new product launches and coordinate presentation inputs
• Lead and optimize Range Framework tools and processes
• Govern product lifecycle actions, ensuring documentation and timely implementation
• Produce weekly and monthly trade reports with performance insights
• Conduct analyses to identify commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy and process adherence across Trade Merchandising tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align forecasts and commercial actions
