Senior Solutions Engineer (Cloud & AI, North Europe)

Job summary

This role involves leading technical strategies for innovative start-ups and scale-ups, focusing on Azure solutions in areas such as AI, application development, data analytics, and security. You will serve as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, guiding them from initial architecture discussions to production scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy for cloud and AI platforms, with credibility among CTOs and senior technical decision-makers.
• Experience across multiple Azure solution areas, with depth in key areas.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts, setting architectural vision across Azure solution areas.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders and CTOs, influencing platform decisions.
• Lead technical discovery and design, translating customer needs into scalable Azure solutions.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops to validate designs and unblock adoption.
• Align technical teams around a coherent plan to deliver complex solutions.
• Drive production deployment and consumption growth, ensuring customers realize value from Azure.
• Qualify opportunities and shape solution plays using AI-assisted insights.
• Stay updated on Azure innovations and share best practices within the team.
