Job summary

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in the presales team, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. Your focus will be on designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with client needs and architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into effective IT solutions and business outcomes.
• Experience in designing complex solutions involving multiple technology providers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, active listening, consulting, and negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's solutions and services, as well as strategic ecosystems and partnerships.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT as an architect, systems engineer, or consultant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on competitive information and objection handling.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and anticipate requirements beyond existing solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to share information and develop solutions.
• Participate in the architectural design of complex solutions and make decisions on solution components.
• Leverage knowledge of emerging technologies to drive innovation in solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
