Senior Solutions Architect (End User Computing)

Job summary

This role involves assisting customers in implementing innovative cloud computing solutions, particularly focusing on virtualized desktops and applications. The position requires strong consultative and leadership skills to ensure customer success in cloud efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• Proven track record in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and architecting workload migrations to AWS.
• Practical or pre-sales experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or cloud-based Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to deploy cloud solutions, specifically [company] Agentic WorkSpaces.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and engage in architectural discussions for successful cloud deployments.
• Conduct training sessions to share knowledge with customers using AWS.
• Contribute to AWS publications such as whitepapers and technical guides.
• Build relationships with senior technical personnel at customer organizations to foster cloud advocacy.
• Serve as a technical liaison among customers, partners, and engineering teams.

Skills

• Knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Familiarity with VDI and DaaS solutions, especially [company] WorkSpaces, AppStream, Citrix, or VMware.

Education

• Relevant experience in IT development or consulting in the software or Internet industries is preferred.
