Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and scaling of systems that support market data services for various financial products. You will work on enhancing the architecture of the market data systems and ensure the quality and performance of backend services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with large-scale systems
• Proficiency in compiled imperative languages (e.g., Go, C, C++, Rust)
• SQL or relational database experience
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and UDP networking
• Proficient in Linux/BSD and shell scripting
• Proven experience in architecting medium-scale projects across teams
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Strong interest in financial markets

Responsibilities

• Influence the architecture of market data systems
• Design scalable, mission-critical systems
• Focus on minimizing latency in services
• Implement and maintain backend services with high quality and test coverage
