Job summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of core software components for tech-enabled play experiences. This role involves collaboration with various engineering teams to enhance LEGO play sets through advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the software team, focusing on building and optimizing play experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads and System Architects to ensure efficient software performance on physical platforms.
• Improve performance and resource usage within constrained systems.
• Deliver new experiences for LEGO fans in a timely manner.
• Enhance processes and workflows within the team.
