Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Remote)

Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to enhance our quality assurance and product engineering efforts across both frontend and backend systems in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React, including modern frontend architecture and responsive UI.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js for backend development, including REST APIs and service design.
• Familiarity with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of testing practices and tools like Jest and Cypress.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure configuration management.
• Background in developing healthcare applications with privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to quality assurance and product engineering across systems.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to enhance test coverage.
• Identify edge cases and potential user impacts early in the development process.
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams on software testing strategies.
• Investigate bugs and assist in identifying underlying issues.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and development processes.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of testing tools and practices.
• Experience with serverless infrastructure and IaC tools.
• Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools.

Education
