Senior Scrum Master

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master and Agile coach to enhance the effectiveness of the Agile Release Train (ART) within the Mobile Apps team. This role focuses on improving team dynamics, cross-team alignment, and the overall maturity of Scrum and SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in scaled Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Proven track record of coaching multiple Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and delivery outcomes.
• Solid technical and product understanding in a software environment.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with a product mindset, driving changes from output to outcome.
• Knowledge of AzureDevOps is a plus.
• A diverse toolbox of facilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior Scrum Master and coach for one or more Agile Teams, mentoring other Scrum Masters.
• Apply Scrum principles with depth and integrity, championing SAFe/Scrum Core Values across the ART.
• Support Agile maturity and coach teams on Lean Agile and SAFe practices.
• Contribute to Agile and SAFe enablement initiatives, including training and workshops.
• Utilize data and insights to drive improvements in flow, predictability, quality, and value delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Management, and Release Train Engineers to align priorities and delivery.
• Foster effective communication between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and SAFe principles.
• Ability to drive improvement using metrics and insights.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills for Agile practices.

Education

• Relevant experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is essential.

Tools

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools; knowledge of AzureDevOps is advantageous.
