Job summary

The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for collaborating with electrical retail partners to enhance the sell-out of various appliances and accessories. This role focuses on maximizing sales to end consumers through effective training and relationship-building with store personnel in the designated district.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in concept, service, and product sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with groups.
  • Financial awareness and proficient in PC applications, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • A valid B driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail partners to drive sales of white goods, small appliances, and accessories.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide marketing materials to enhance product visibility in stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales staff.
  • Analyze market conditions and proactively plan work to support business objectives.
  • Support the Nordic Key Account Manager by providing insights and recommendations for local market strategies.
  • Organize and execute customer events, fairs, and training sessions in collaboration with the Nordic KAM.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a charismatic approach to building relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on driving business performance.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in planning and executing tasks.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in sales or business is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.
