Job summary

This role involves driving growth by managing complex, high-value sales opportunities within agency and mid-market customer segments. The Senior Sales Account Executive will oversee the entire sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in hosting, infrastructure, or technology solutions.
• Proven success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage larger and complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer objectives and challenges.
• Position the platform as a strategic solution for agencies and mid-market customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to progress opportunities successfully.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and opportunity documentation within CRM systems.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support long-term customer relationships.

Education
