Senior Relationship Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing and developing relationships with high net worth individuals and institutional clients in the financial services sector. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in client interactions across various time zones.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in a sales role within the financial services or investment industry.
• A portable book of business with established client relationships, including HNWI, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, and family offices.
• Proven track record in institutional B2B sales and managing relationships with institutional counterparties.
• Strong knowledge of the securities market, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
• Excellent understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to top-tier clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Onboard clients from your existing network and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client relationships and support business development.
• Manage service issues and trade-related problems, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Develop strategic plans to improve client relationships and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee project delivery and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
