Job summary

The role involves overseeing international trade compliance and market access, ensuring the organization can navigate complex global trade environments effectively. The specialist will lead the Global Regulatory Trade Crisis Management Framework and collaborate with various stakeholders to secure compliance and facilitate product movement across borders.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, international trade, business, political science, food science, supply chain, customs, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in international trade compliance, customs, market access, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience engaging with authorities and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong strategic thinking skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish and/or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant export of products globally, managing veterinary certificates and trade compliance documentation.
• Act as the primary trade compliance expert and contact for authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead trade-related audits and improve trade governance processes.
• Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments, providing actionable business recommendations.
• Represent the organization in industry forums to influence trade and market access conditions.
