Job summary

The Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality standards for toy products throughout their lifecycle. This position emphasizes collaboration and a data-driven approach to maintain quality assurance in the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance with a strong understanding of mechanical and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with physical laboratory-based tests and the ability to conduct and describe testing procedures.
• Experience with Universal Robots and measuring equipment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical outcomes to non-technical colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective quality assurance standards to minimize operational risks.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to reduce the likelihood of recurring issues.
• Analyze quality performance data and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate LEGO elements for weight, measurements, function, and visual aspects, with authority to approve or reject elements.

Education
