Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in leading digital product or solution development in project-based or agile settings.
• Formal education or certification in project, program, or portfolio management, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.
• Proven capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through effective communication.
• Inspirational leadership skills that motivate teams and drive project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects related to Plant Data Management and Customer Reporting, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and execute product strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Provide leadership to Product Managers and Senior Functional Leads, aligning priorities and execution across value streams in an agile environment.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment globally, engaging with senior stakeholders from various business units to ensure governance and decision-making.
• Conduct deep analyses of existing data products and usage patterns to inform scalable solutions.
• Maintain robust governance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle to support a coherent data ecosystem.
• Contribute to the long-term direction of Plant Data capabilities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in renewable power plant solutions.
