Job summary

The role involves managing complex, large-scale electrical projects with a focus on critical infrastructure and high voltage systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing critical infrastructure projects, including HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind, or Datacentre projects.
• Significant project management experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for team development and conflict resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages such as feasibility, conceptual design, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage project time, quality, and financial aspects to meet success criteria.
• Guide and review engineering designs and electrical system studies.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and relevant codes and standards.
• Host design meetings and coordinate work across various disciplines.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
