Senior Project Manager (Power Systems, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing complex, large-scale electrical projects with a focus on critical infrastructure and high voltage systems. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project timelines, quality, and financial aspects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on national and international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing critical infrastructure projects, including HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind, or Data Centre projects.
• Significant project management experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages, including feasibility, conceptual design, procurement, and EPC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, quality, and financial performance to meet success criteria.
• Guide and review engineering designs, ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures and relevant codes and standards.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across various engineering disciplines.
• Build and maintain client relationships, effectively communicating technical knowledge and aligning projects with client objectives.

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng., BS, or MS).
