You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on-site, facilitating communication, and addressing any issues related to progress, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Mechanical project management experience
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction discipline
• Project management professional certification or in pursuit of one

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Monitor daily site activities and manage information flow
• Complete handover plans and ensure documentation meets quality standards
• Lead on-site, ensuring safe work practices and assessing progress
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues
• Implement and monitor key project processes and procedures
• Lead meetings to track progress and address challenges
• Review variations and delays in project works
