Senior Project Manager (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading projects focused on transitioning cancer diagnostic products to comply with European regulations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in project coordination within a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with design control documentation for in vitro diagnostics or medical devices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving, planning, and analytical abilities.
• Adaptability to manage uncertainty and changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IVDR is advantageous.
• Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, IPMA, PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IVDR transition projects for cancer diagnostic products, including technical documentation and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations with stakeholders.
• Manage geographically diverse, cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
• Address challenges and drive decision-making within teams.
• Foster alignment and engagement among project members.
