Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or finance/strategy roles in complex, global organizations.
• Proven experience in engaging with senior management and guiding decision-making.
• Experience in international, cross-cultural corporate environments.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, including planning, execution, and benefits realization.
• Manage project governance, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Serve as the main contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and progress reporting.
• Ensure adherence to standards and governance frameworks within the transformation office.
• Support change management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor project manager colleagues and contribute to building project management capabilities.
