Job summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead and implement complex projects focused on Processing Equipment Platform Development, ensuring alignment with internal customer requirements and project execution standards. This role involves close collaboration with project teams and partners to deliver results efficiently.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading complex engineering projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop and manage supplier and partner relationships.
• Knowledge of Process Engineering tools (FMEA, FAT/SAT, technical documentation).
• Proven competencies in mentoring and empowering project team members.
• Experience in developing processes and standard methodologies for project management.
• Proficiency in English.
