Job summary

The role involves managing large-scale construction projects within the Datacentre sector, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. You will lead onsite activities, monitor project progress, and facilitate communication among various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical project management
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction discipline
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee large construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and address issues related to progress, quality, and safety
• Assist in the completion of handover plans and ensure documentation is accurate and timely
• Act as a visible leader onsite, promoting safe work practices
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues
• Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements
• Lead meetings to track progress and address challenges
• Review proposed project variations and delays
