Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in digital product development, preferably in a project delivery or agile environment.
• Relevant educational background in digitalization, software development, or a related technical field.
• Formal training or certification in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing complex programs or projects in software and/or cybersecurity, ideally in product-based settings.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, with knowledge of regulatory or compliance requirements being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity programs across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure product security.
• Define and execute strategic cybersecurity initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making and secure alignment across functions.
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements into software and operational technology products.
• Manage cybersecurity risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
