Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience managing large, complex projects in cross-functional settings.
• Proven success in transformation initiatives, particularly in technology, data, platform, or regulatory areas.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience in project governance, planning, financial management, and risk control.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Strong facilitation skills to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Knowledge of modern technology environments (APIs, platforms, data, automation) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring clear scope and outcomes.
• Drive execution and decision-making, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.
• Manage project disciplines, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and transparency through reporting and decision frameworks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
