Senior Project Manager (Change Management, Copenhagen)

Job summary

An experienced Senior Project Manager in Change Management is sought to lead cultural change initiatives within a business area focused on renewable energy. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring successful adoption of change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale change programs across various functions or geographies.
• Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, or Lewin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Culture of Care program strategy for the business area.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on change, advising senior leaders and project sponsors.
• Integrate change management into major projects and transformations.
• Create change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, and training strategies.
• Monitor adoption and resistance, adjusting strategies based on feedback.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, and project leads.
• Coach senior leaders and managers on effective change leadership behaviors.
• Promote a culture of agility, learning, and psychological safety.
• Build change capability through training and support.
• Define and track KPIs for change readiness and adoption.
• Report on change health and lead post-implementation reviews.
