Senior Program Manager (On-site, Aalborg)

Job summary

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of innovation and technology initiatives at an innovation hub in Denmark. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the operational success of the hub and alignment with national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, program management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional or defense experience.
• Experience with web-based program management tools and core project management competencies.
• Preferred experience in a federal innovation program setting and PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, tracking, and systems optimization.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance technical and planning tools.
• Build relationships with government and industry partners.
• Supervise and develop project team members.
• Identify and develop new partnerships for marketing and communications.
• Provide strategic input to the Director and represent the organization at key engagements.
