Job summary

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the investigation, design, implementation, and support of innovation and technology challenges at an innovation hub. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including government partners and academic institutions, to drive program growth and align with national security imperatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, program management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional or defense experience
• Familiarity with web-based program management tools and core project management competencies
• Experience in a federal innovation program setting is strongly preferred
• PMP certification and experience with CRM software are preferred

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, systems optimization, and activity reporting
• Collaborate with team members to enhance technical and planning tools for efficiency
• Build relationships with industry and academic partners
• Supervise and develop project team members
• Identify new partnerships and support marketing efforts
• Provide strategic input to the Director and represent the organization at key engagements
