Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs with enterprise-wide impact
• Strong background in financial services and/or complex technology environments
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable execution and measurable outcomes
• Experience in cross-functional, international organizations
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and structured delivery frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid models)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring clear scope and disciplined delivery
• Convert strategic priorities into structured roadmaps and delivery plans
• Align business, technology, data, and operations, managing dependencies and trade-offs
• Own plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring execution within constraints
• Manage risks and interdependencies, ensuring transparency to stakeholders
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing governance and decision support
• Ensure new capabilities are adopted and deliver sustained organizational impact
• Contribute to strengthening PMO standards and tools

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
