Senior Product Owner (Embedded Software)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and enhancement of a CI/CD platform that supports the delivery of embedded software and firmware for hearing aid solutions. The Senior Product Owner will work closely with a skilled DevOps team to define the vision and ensure a seamless developer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or in a similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, TeamCity, Gerrit, or similar.
• A product-focused mindset with an interest in automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction, priorities, and outcomes for the CI/CD product.
• Create a self-service developer experience across the development pipeline.
• Collaborate with IT and Developer Experience teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence and sustainable services from the outset.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and usability improvements.
• Continuously enhance build, integration, validation, and release processes.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on user insights and business value.
