Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on shaping the future of reporting and insights within a fully remote environment. The Senior Product Manager will enable customers and internal teams to confidently address critical workforce, payroll, finance, and compliance questions through well-designed reporting and insights experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong emphasis on reporting, analytics, data platforms, or insights products.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, capable of building, debugging, and shipping functional code and prototypes.
• Strong data literacy, comfortable with data models, schemas, and report generation, including SQL proficiency for validation and investigation.
• Deep customer empathy and understanding of their workflows.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and navigate trade-offs effectively.
• Strong UX sensibilities, focusing on creating effortless user experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Domain expertise in HR Tech, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for a comprehensive reporting system, including in-app report building and AI experiences.
• Understand and prioritize customer reporting needs across various personas.
• Own payroll-grade reporting capabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop intelligent insights experiences utilizing AI and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Establish KPIs to measure product impact and continuously improve based on feedback.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting software is advantageous.
