Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing HRIS integrations to enhance customer experiences with Remote's employment infrastructure. The Senior Product Manager will focus on creating reliable technical integrations for Payroll, EOR, and Contractors, ensuring seamless data flows between HRIS and Remote's systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems.
• Strong customer empathy and understanding of day-to-day workflows.
• Experience in building relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate trade-offs effectively.
• Passion for creating user-friendly experiences in data syncing.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code for building and debugging code.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Business-level proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for Remote’s APIs and partner APIs, focusing on data mapping and compliance.
• Prioritize integration tasks based on customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate between engineering, design, operations, and partners to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in integrations, focusing on error handling and observability.
• Establish KPIs to measure integration performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide actionable feedback for product improvements based on integration experiences.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related fields.

Tools

• Experience with APIs, integration tools, and coding platforms such as Cursor and Claude Code.
