Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing a robust ecosystem of HRIS integrations to enhance customer experience with Remote's employment infrastructure for Payroll, EOR, and Contractors. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure successful integration and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems.
• Strong customer empathy and understanding of their workflows.
• Experience in building relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align on priorities.
• Strong UX sensibilities for creating seamless user experiences.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code for building and debugging code.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs, focusing on data mapping and compliance.
• Prioritize integration tasks based on customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, and other teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in integrations.
• Measure and track the impact of integrations on customer satisfaction and performance.
• Provide actionable feedback for product improvements based on integration experiences.

Education

• Relevant experience in product management or a related field is required.

Tools

• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration tools is essential.
