Senior Product Manager (Fraud and Compliance, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development of risk and compliance capabilities within a fintech environment, focusing on fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and compliance automation. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly with platform, API, or operational products.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, capable of building and debugging functional code.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation in risk operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on asynchronous workflows.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities, comfortable with data querying and visualization tools.
• Business-level proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk assessment and reserve management strategies.
• Develop proactive fraud detection and prevention measures.
• Automate compliance processes, including onboarding and verification.
• Create flexible, platform-oriented systems for operational teams.
• Collaborate with Collections and Treasury on risk management and enforcement actions.
• Drive product delivery with a focus on high throughput and ROI.

Education
