The role involves leading the Financial Core team to enhance the Payments platform, which is essential for managing customer funds and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to shape the vision for the company's financial architecture.

• Extensive experience in the European financial services sector, particularly with e-money institutions and core banking systems.
• Strong understanding of both financial regulations and technical backend systems.
• Proven ability to maintain precision in financial core systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and systems thinking.
• Hands-on approach to mapping transaction lifecycles and writing technical requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision for the ledger infrastructure and e-money architecture.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to ledger accuracy and system uptime.
• Address complex backend challenges, including multi-currency accounting and compliance with European regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and audit readiness.

Skills

• Fluency in both finance and engineering concepts.

Education
